In conclusion, taking into account the Financial Statements at 31
December 2015 and the information provided by the Directors, the
results of the activities carried out by the independent auditors and the
observations given in this Report, the Board of Statutory Auditors,
within the scope of its responsibility, does not find any reason to deny
approval of the Financial Statements at 31 December 2015 and the
proposed resolutions provided by the Board of Directors.
