Safety Laws
ANS Training Duration: 2 day course
The aim of the course is to inform participants of Safety laws.
To understand the area of interest (therefore the area of action) of a company and to assess the level of “compliance” and “effectiveness” of the
company, it is necessary to know the different national and international laws, hierarchy of the sources, the impact and pertinence of the company laws
and any interaction with the authorities and Stakeholders.

Core Contents so as to understand the reasons behind the regulations and expected supervision and oversight activities.
To know the national and international safety laws. To be able to reconstruct the hierarchy of the sources and learn how to
compare company documentation with the regulations in effect to assess the adequacy and the level of compliance and
effectiveness.
