Board of Directors
As the highest administrative body, the Board of Directors has a guiding role in pursuing
the sustainable success of ENAV and the Group it leads. The BoD is entrusted with defining
strategies and monitoring their implementation, as well as with defining the most functional
corporate governance system to carry out the Company’s business and pursue its strategies.
In this context, the BoD approves the Sustainability Plan, which includes relevant projects in Internal Audit
line with the ENAV Group’s business strategy.

Sustainability Committee
In carrying out its functions, the Board of Directors is supported by the Sustainability Committee,
which has advisory and proposal-making tasks on sustainability issues as well as monitoring both
ESG reporting and related strategies and expressing opinions on specific ESG topics.
Furthermore, each year the Sustainability Committee examines the general outline and content of the
Sustainability Report (NFS) as proposed by the CEO, and the completeness and transparency of the
information it provides, issuing a prior opinion to the BoD so that it can proceed to its approval.
