32. Related Parties

Related parties were identified on the basis of the requirements of IAS 24. Related
parties external to the ENAV Group are the controlling and supervisory Ministries,
namely the Ministry of the Economy and Finance (MEF) and the Ministry of
Infrastructure and Transport (MIT), in addition to the entities subject to the control
of the Ministry of the Economy and Finance.
The components of the balance sheet and income statement captions at 31
December 2015 and at 31 December 2014 referring to Related parties external to
the Group are shown below.
